Becoming updated and more convenient! We are moving a large part of public charging customers to a new payment method
We always want to provide electric car owners with the best charging experience. We will soon introduce a change to our public charging payment method, which will make paying for charging even more convenient and uniform across all domestic markets — in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland.
What exactly will change?
Customers who joined since 1 July now have a new payment method on the Enefit Volt platform. Instead of making a monthly payment, they pay for each recharge immediately after the charging session ends. From 1 October, we will also transfer the majority of existing customers to the instant payment method.
This means that:
- you will no longer have to spend a lot at once for the charging sessions accumulated at the end of the month;
- you can keep an eye on charging costs on an ongoing basis.
At the end of the charging session, the charge will be automatically deducted from the bank card linked to your account. At the beginning of each charging session, a temporary hold of €20 will be placed on your card, which will be released after the end of the charging session. The minimum fee for a single charge is 0.50 euros. Therefore, if you charge for 0.20 euros, you will still have to pay 0.50 euros.
Who does the change apply to?
The change applies to all household and business customers of the Enefit Volt GO package. Customers who are transferred to the updated payment method will be notified by email. If you did not receive the notification but want to switch to the instant payment method, please get in touch with our customer service at [email protected] or by calling 777 3030.
If you are a business customer and would like to continue to pay monthly by invoice, please fill in the following request form.
Joint payment method and charging network map across the Baltic States and Poland
In addition to Estonia, the instant payment method applies to Enefit Volt customers in Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland. With the new payment method, more than 450 Enefit Volt chargers across the Baltic and Poland will be available from October, making charging even smoother and more convenient regardless of location.

Paying for September charges
Customers who are transferred to the new payment method will pay for September charges at the beginning of next month, on 1 October. The accumulated amount will be automatically debited from the bank card linked to the account, and in the future, payments will be deducted after each charging session.
